TreyBae User Agreement

Last updated: July 16, 2026 · Version 2026-07-16

1. Not financial advice. TreyBae provides automated market-activity alerts for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative.

2. Trade at your own risk. Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk, including loss of your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past unusual activity does not predict future results.

3. No guarantees. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Alerts may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee any outcome from acting on an alert.

4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreyBae and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

5. Not a broker or advisor. TreyBae is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any regulator.

6. Your account. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7. Changes. We may update the service or this agreement at any time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

This is a template for a prototype, not legal advice — have a lawyer review before launch.
